Many people have a tough time giving up smoking pot (like I did), and a lot of times, it can be a real stressful experience trying to stop on your own without knowing what you should be doing to make the whole process as painless & smooth as possible. If you’re struggling with whot to stop smoking marijuana, just remember that if I was able to, then you are too…

The Green Reaper…

Most of us know the different names for marijuana, but just in case you are new to it or are a parent who is concerned about the matter, I will list some of the more common terms associated to the drug.

marijuana dangers

Well here it goes, anytime you here these words, you’ll know what it’s about: Weed, grass, kind, bud, chronic, pot, blunt, joints, dime bag, cannabis, reefer, bong hit, skunk, blaze, green, narly bud, dank, hash, resin etc…

At first, smoking weed was just about having fun & getting high, there weren’t any reasons to stop smoking pot yet. I would have never thought that it could turn on me & nearly ruin my life ?

But it did, smoking weed turned on me in an ugly way & eventually forced me to seek marijuana recovery. I started having some really messed up experiences shortly after getting addicted to marijuana that I’ll share with you. Here it goes…

Anxiety & Paranoid Feelings When High

These are some of the reasons why I eventually needed to stop smoking weed. Most of the time, I felt real anxious and paranoid for no reason. Also, it felt like people looked down at me as if I were scum or something.

I tried to stay away from folks just to avoid the self-conscious thoughts. Eventually, smoking weed caused me to be very anti-social, which is very unusual for me.

The first time I got stoned, my arms and legs got all numb and started to tingle, it scared the friggin piss out of me! I can’t ever remember being that terrified.

Another bad one was trying to avoid talking to my dad when all he wanted to know was how I’m doin’. It really sucked because the poor guy probably thought that I didn’t want to talk to him.

I had these awkward thoughts about others and even friends, that they are losers and douche bags. I just kept noticing bad things about them and couldn’t explain why. One time, I wanted to deck my friend in the face just because of the way he smirked at me. How twisted is that?

I Had to Stop Smoking Weed !

Finally, I almost went broke from smoking every week because it was like 25 bucks a gram for the “kind bud” (which I had gotten so used to smoking). My grades in school took a dive and I almost lost my part-time job twice from forgetting to set the alarm.

I knew that I just had to stop smoking weed, but didn’t know how to actually quit cannabis without ever turning back to it.

That’s about when I fell into depression & began smoking cigarettes also. So now it turned into this weed vs cigarettes thing…  To escape from it all, I would smoke more pot, which started the whole viscous cycle all over again.

One day, it just hit me like a ton of bricks, I remember thinking, “man I can’t stop smoking weed anymore, I’ll seriously risk losing everything good in life! So first I tried quitting marijuana on my own by shear willpower. Big mistake…

Trying to Stop Smoking Pot by Willpower Didn’t Work!

As far as how to stop smoking weed goes, you probably need to consider a well-known fact (wish I knew this from the start…). That is, willpower just does not work!

How do I know? Well… I made the mistake of trying to stop smoking pot on my own, only to realize that it actually made things worse. Later, I read that it can literally make you even more addicted to marijuana!!

Here’s where I learned all this…

“Will power is worse than useless in forming new habits. In reality, “will-power” is “won’t-power”. A person using will power struggles to break a bad habit. The harder the struggle, the deeper the habit hooks into the flesh”.  (Dr. Maxwell Maltz, Psycho Cybernetics).

“according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit. Willpower, it turns out, counts for very little”.  (New Scientist, Volume 136 issue #1845 31 October 1992, page 6)

What happened next… Well, I finally learned how to stop smoking weed…!

Realizing that willpower was pretty much useless when it came to quitting marijuana, I decided to try anti-depressants, thinking  it might somehow help stop smoking weed easier by taking away the depression.

So I got a bottle of SSRI’s with my parent’s help.  But it was like replacing pot with some other drug, only this one had it’s own side effects. I was familiar with weed facts & weed side effects, but not this…

So did I stop smoking weed…?

Nope, quitting marijuana requires quite a different approach. Instead it made me drowsy & nauseous. Going to sleep became a problem and I felt like a friken zombie. I remember thinking, “man I just want to quit cannabis”.

Not only was it useless for quitting marijuana, Later I found out that you could actually get hooked on the crap and have withdrawals!!! (as if marijuana recovery wasn’t enough…) Bottom line, I didn’t stop smoking weed.

Instead, to deal with all this, you can pretty much guess what I did right…? Ya, got to smoking weed again…  At this point, quitting marijuana seemed like the impossible mission.

I was getting nowhere fast and had to find other ways to stop smoking weed & get marijuana help.

So (as you do) I searched online for something like “how to stop smoking weed”. Soon enough, I came across this easy 5-step quitting marijuana program.

It had great stop smoking pot success stories (check their website out – it’s unbelievable) so I bought it right there and then.

The 5 step guide took me by the hand and led me step by step towards quitting marijuana in the most effective & painless methods! It guided me through everything I was actually feeling, thinking and having a hard time with. Then, it gave me realistic solutions that totally worked!

I was able to use it in the privacy of my own room & with headphones on, as the audio & visual treatments did their job. I literally felt it working from the get-go.

But the only issue is that if you want to stop smoking weed, you have to use it every day. Long story short, it was the light at the end of the tunnel for my marijuana recovery.

Click here if you want to see the program I’m talking about

Finally, I didn’t have to struggle to stop smoking weed on my own…

There are a lot of people out there addicted to marijuana who are looking for help and if you’re in the same boat, then this could be the beginning for your quitting marijuana victory.

I remember times when it felt like my life was going down the drain, everything just sucked, people were this and that, no one cares, who can possibly understand, things are never going to get better, I can’t stop smoking weed, blah blah blah…

But things took a turn for the better in a hurry as the addiction to marijuana gradually withered away, along with it’s grim consequences. And I started saying, “I could stop smoking marijuana…I could stop smoking pot.”

If someone back then would have told me how my life would be right now, I would’ve never believed him.

The thought that one day, I would be able to help stop smoking weed, learn how to blog and even get a decent job was daydream stuff.  But it happened…!

I always knew that there were people who really needed stop smoking weed secrets because they were addicted to marijuana. But man, the though that it could happen to me was never real. It just seemed impossible that I could get hooked on anything, let alone need help stop smoking weed…

Well, eventually Marijuana recovery became the most important issue for me because pot was really screwing up my life pretty bad. I wasn’t getting that bliss of getting high anymore, like someone flipped the switch on me or something. I can remember saying, “oh man, I can’t stop smoking weed.”

The real reason I had to stop smoking marijuana was that I just started having some really messed up experiences and began dreading the mess I was in. It didn’t just affect me either, folks that cared about me were also suffering because I was addicted to marijuana.

I smoked bud constantly for about 5 years before finally learning how to stop smoking weed.  In high school & college, I was surrounded by all kinds of stuff, and pot was one of them.

At first, it was easy to say no, but one day I decided to smoke pot to see what it was all about. It only took me one time to experience the full weed side effects, and I was hooked…

It was never something I was proud of & I knew too well that I had to stop smoking marijuana. But the thing is,  it took my mind away from the realities of every day life, until the problems started….

I had gotten so used to smoking weed, that it literally became a craving from the time I woke up until I crashed. In so many words, I needed to stop smoking weed bad.

At first, I tried quitting marijuana three times by shear willpower(the hard way), a few times by following tips that people left online and this quit cannabis book a friend gave me. But I just kept slipping back, again and again.

Who knows where I’d be today without the easy-stop smoking marijuana program. Man, I’m not going there…

The bottom line was that I needed change in my life, so it was the start of a journey to stop smoking weed, achieve more & help others who are addicted to marijuana.

Asta la vista weed, I quit cannabis!

Everyday is a new day for me after learning how to stop smoking weed. I’m finally able to go after & achieve things that can only happen once things like smoking weed are out of the way. It’s like my mind is thanking me for quitting marijuana. There’s a zillion reasons why the effects of weed takes away all  the goodness of life.

Sometimes it’s hard to realize it, but others see it as clear as day, that “your just not yourself anymore…” It goes more than skin deep when you hear that a few times. I thank God for those words because it hurt enough for me to say, “that’s it, I gotta do something about this, I gotta stop smoking weed…”

Now, there’s no more of that unnecessary-stupid anxiety, fear, paranoia, hiding, low self-esteem, self-consciousness, awkward feelings, bad grades, dead-end-life, loser-pothead crowd, weed side effects, going broke etc…

It’s been over a year & a half  that I’m clean and the desire to smoke weed is too weak to even matter. The best part is, I didn’t have to fight so hard while quitting marijuana…

If they ever get to read this, the only thing I can say is a wholehearted,  Thank you!!! It was because of your audio program that I was able to finally stop smoking weed!

I really hope you found this information useful and want you to believe that if I can get help stop smoking weed, then so can you baby. Stop robbing yourself from the goodness of life!

I thought it would be important to throw up some pictures to symbolize the reasons behind quitting marijuana. Since pictures are worth a thousand words, it might further help you guys to understand the urgency to quit smoking pot.

How many times have you heard of a pot head, weed crazy person achieving things in life that are valuable, important or noteworthy…? Did you ever see one that has reared a respectable family and is respected within family members?

In our minds, we tend to fantasize things that are so far from reality that it’s difficult to bring such thoughts into focus and wake the person up into sober, actual thinking. For example: How many times have you thought that you can go on smoking weed & it won’t affect anything in life that’s important at all…

Or, that quitting marijuana isn’t really going to be necessary, it’s just pot… “Why would I ever have to stop smoking marijuana, I can still attain everything that a non-pot smoker get out of life…” “Quit smoking pot…why, it’s not like life will be any different…” On and on the lies in our heads continue to overshadow the actual truth!

So, the next time you ask yourself, is quitting marijuana really necessary, what can possibly happen if i don’t stop smoking marijuana, my friends don’t stop smoking pot…, so why should I quit smoking pot, there are a lot of celebrities who haven’t quit smoking marijuana, it’s about to become legal, so why quit smoking weed now? Who the heck needs marijuana help…?

Here is your answer, maybe this will tame the stupid lies in our heads!

It starts all harmless like this:

Then you find yourself spending time with people like this, buying and selling weed…

Then you, or someone you know of ends up getting busted & maybe thrown in jail like this:

Then if you don’t stop smoking marijuana, then you can get Psychosis!!! What is that, when the brain is damaged  & can’t work in a normal manner any more! Can weed do that? Why don’t you look it up… So here’s what can happen if quitting marijuana is not on the agenda:

So then, what’s left of your beautiful life that could have been filled with joy, laughter and achievement…?

Marijuana addiction is nothing to be taken lightly, especially these days, where the potency of the THC is so high in the cannabis weed that marijuana healing has become extremely difficult for many people.

Sometimes, even marijuana hypnosis is needed to help folks cope with a lot of the unwanted & disturbing marijuana side effects. For many, the addiction to marijuana has turned into such a problem that even when they try really hard to stop smoking weed, they keep slipping back.

It’s very common for the addiction to marijuana escalating to a point where a persons financial situation falls under the threat of completely diminished levels because today’s cannabis weed is very very expensive. Just as an example, a gram of chronic (super-potent pot) can cost $27…

But that’s not the only way users can hit financial walls because of an addiction to marijuana. The drug can cause serious laziness, dumbness and a continual decline in performance at the job place. Things like forgetting to set the alarm clock, making too many mistakes and a sloppy, careless attitude all contribute to many people losing their jobs.

There are countless other well-known marijuana side effects that easily fall under even big psychological problems. Reported cases of mass depression and psychosis have found their way into the lives of countless cannabis weed smokers. Most of the time, this becomes the breaking point for potheads towards marijuana addiction treatment.

For some, the marijuana healing process takes longer than others and may require a daily application of effective marijuana hypnosis, audio stimulation and a good dose of exercise to rid the body and mind cannabis weed.

Although some stand firm in their belief that they “can’t stop smoking weed” no matter what, the real truth is likely to actually be more like, “I really don’t want to…yet”. Unfortunately, that “yet” comes a little too late after the marijuana side effects have nearly wiped out the person’s life…

But the real danger of an addiction to marijuana isn’t the weed itself! Let me explain, have you ever heard of the term ‘gateway drug’ ? Well, just in case you don’t know what it means, a gateway drug is any substance that opens the doors for users to try other, more dangerous drugs…

And when that happens, well… the addiction to marijuana becomes only secondary to far more addictive substances like, speed, cocaine and heroins, for example…

The situation becomes very grim, because compared to those drugs, marijuana recovery is a sinch. How is that? Well… because cannabis weed for the most part is psychologically addictive and not so much chemically. So your body doesn’t “have to have it” just to get by. This is not the case with the above mentioned substances.

In any case, if you or anyone you might know has an addiction to marijuana, it’s crucial to try intervening before it gets too far and leads to hard drugs. Remember, there are great marijuana hypnosis methods for marijuana healing. This website’s sole purpose is to present you with the one that worked best for me.

Although the need for marijuana help is underestimated and the actual controversy over legalizing marijuana continues to rage along with the advantages and disadvantages of this particular substance are discussed without end, those that have grown an harmful addiction to this particular drug recognize much too well the bad side effects it causes.

Starting with the substantial period of time that vanishes from your life, how much money you continue ponying up to supply the addiction, to the terrifying deficiency of clearness and cognizance which arises from long-term use, marijuana smokers seeking to dump the habit continue to keep searching for real marijuana help.

Fortunately there are many key points regarding marijuana dependancy that can help you to stop smoking weed permanently. The very first thing you need to realize is that pot isn’t a chemically addictive drug such as tobacco or cocaine, which unfortunately consist of specific compounds that leads to user withdrawal conditions.

These have physical side effects which just the drug alone seem to have the ability to cure. Marijuana has not one of these qualities which implies that addiction to pot is really a physiological dependancy. So marijuana help should come from hypnosis-type programs.

Mental addiction is comparable to a poker addiction or a drinking dependancy, because an individual looks for the buzz of this behavior simply because they deeply want it for reasons to do with his or her frame of mind, not necessarily what their system demands.

While a problem gambler might continue to keep playing for the fulfillment of winning and the opportunity to earn back his / her losses , a marijuana abuser needs to have a central group of problems which carry him or her back to the substance time and again.

For a few, it can be as simple as being a relaxant these people depend on to assist them to wind down, others seem to be drawn back again due to the fact most of their buddies also smoke and they also use it to be sociable.

Others however, might need marijuana help due to psychological issues that slice deepl and the high of marijuana smoking is the one and only thing these people really feel will help them break free from their prolonged torment.

Regardless, however, the remedy for marijuana help is the same, discover these types of central problems you might have before you decide quitting marijuana!

If you do not have a very strong comprehension of the problems that keep you returning to the drug, you will under no circumstances be capable of quitting marijuana and will continue slipping back into using it over and over.

So, before looking into getting marijuana help, consider this recommendation and start looking at the underlying reasons for your dependancy. They’re probably not the same as the reason why you began smoking either.

If you want successful marijuana help to start living the life that you want, make sure to click the link below & start today.

This post  presents some tips to help you stop smoking weed and is full of great information. There are some important things that you should consider to successfully beat the cravings and quit smoking marijuana.

The info will show you what should be kept and what should be done away with, how to avoid desires and why you will need a lot of rest. This article will help you with what is needed for marijuana recovery.

To stop smoking marijuana, you will first need to get into the mindset that you’re really going to go from start to finish with this. Throw away everything related to smoking pot. This helps big-time by not reminding you of smoking grass all the time. You’ll be that much closer to quitting marijuana.

To quit smoking pot, you need to undo what the body & mind have been accustomed to doing, and one way to do that is to fill in these gaps with other activities. For example, if you have to smoke weed at noon, then you can ride a bike or try jogging.

These are just the little things that can be done, that only make it that much easier to stop smoking pot, and you can use all the help you can get.

When you first stop smoking weed,  you might feel extremely tired, but don’t worry too much about that, just get some extra sleep and soon you’ll be back to normal. Remember that when you quit smoking marijuana, your body goes through a serious cleaning that will be noticed. This is all part of the marijuana recovery process.

To stop smoking weed, one of the most critically important steps to take is to diss your pothead friends. I’m sorry, but if they’re still smoking, you cannot be around… You cannot quit smoking pot if you’re around it all the time…

Believe me, I’ve been there… They will talk you into taking the “last hit” again and again. So if you want to stop smoking pot , they must be far away from you, period.

To detox after you stop smoking marijuana, you should drink a lot of water. It will help you flush the THC from your system. Not only will this clean you up, but your cravings to smoke bud, you’ll notice, will lessen.

Remember: These tips are meant to supplement, not replace the 5-step marijuana help program.

Being addicted to marijuana has obvious signs and indications that someone really needs to stop smoking weed. This post will discuss some of this in depth. Being addicted to smoking pot is simply an uncontrollable urge to have & smoke the drug.

Most folks who are addicted to marijuana are not able to quit smoking pot by willpower, even if they want to. Often a person will make all sorts of excuses why now is not a good time to quit weed.

People like this are not alone. Saying “I can’t stop smoking weed” is a disease that affects millions of people every year, causing thousands to look for ways of quitting marijuana.

There is a good reason why more and more people are wanting to find ways to quit smoking weed. The potency of cannabis is getting more powerful and studies show that teens can easily get a hold of “chronic” often.

Being addicted to marijuana has the same problems as any other addiction to other drugs including alcohol, tobacco or even caffeine. The most common situation is a weed vs cigarettes addiction where the smoker unfortunately has to have both.

The frequent obsession with smoking pot, thinking about it all the time, where to get it, when to get it, is there enough, is it good enough, will I have the money for more are common questions for addicts.

Another trait of someone addicted to marijuana is the physical craving that comes when one adapts to the drug and begins to develop a tolerance to it. It is at this point when folks really have difficulty to stop smoking marijuana.

This is usually when the first “bliss” isn’t felt anymore causing people to smoke more and eventually to want to quit. Anyone who has been smoking weed for awhile can tell that they must either smoke more or get help quitting, there’s nothing else left to do…

Consequences of being addicted to marijuana start to take their toll when the user continues to smoke dope even in the event of health & social problems. The physical & psychological torment is what eventually leads so many folks to stop smoking marijuana.

Learning and memory problems may be causing issues at work or even result in losing a job because of refusing to quit smoking weed & finally overcome the desires.

Isolation from friends and family always bears a heavy strain on relationships also. These things often cause a vicious cycle for those who use the drug regularly. A trap that too many fall into, is that the weed that is causing the problem almost always becomes the solution to the consequences it causes.

Users eventually get pushed into a corner and realize that this is what the rest of their life will be like if they don’t make the decision to stop smoking weed soon.
